Alternative investments deliver stronger returns — but they've always had one catch. You couldn't get out. The Assetora Marketplace changes that by creating a secondary market for sub-fund units, so you can sell without selling the property.
Direct property, private credit, and private equity have historically offered superior risk-adjusted returns. The trade-off has always been illiquidity — your money in, no way out until the asset sells. Assetora Marketplace breaks that trade-off.
In a direct property structure, if you want your money back you have to sell the property — even if you're the only investor who wants to exit. That means convincing every co-owner, finding a buyer, paying agents and stamp duty, and waiting 60–90 days to settle.
Because your investment is held as units in a sub-fund — not as direct legal title — you can sell your units independently on the Assetora Marketplace. The property stays intact. Other investors keep their positions. You get liquidity.
Not all sub-funds are open for new subscriptions. The Marketplace lets investors buy into established, income-producing sub-funds from members who are ready to exit — giving buyers access to performing assets without waiting for new offers.
Unit transfers on the Marketplace don't trigger a property transaction. There's no stamp duty on the transfer of units, no selling agent fees, and no related-party concerns — because each buyer and seller holds independent positions in a registered managed investment scheme.
The Marketplace is built into the Assetora platform. Listing and trading units takes minutes, not months.
The Marketplace is open to all verified Assetora members. Verification is required before trading to ensure compliance with our AFSL obligations.
Browse active listings on the Assetora Marketplace or list your own units. Liquidity for illiquid assets — built into the platform.
